Restarting the vive a few times helps sometimes.

After taking multiple measurements of the floor height in different places.

I did notice my floor is slightly tilted too as when i do the floorfix from different corners of the chaperone space i get consistently different results.
When switching between alvr and vrdesktop the floor height gets messed up.
Move controllers a few centimers up because they do not get tracked on the floor.

Issue upon starting steamvr after a fresh reboot the floor height is either to low or to high.

Go to steamvr settings and in the developer section you can use quick calibrate put your hmd on the floor in the middle of your play area click once and everything is fixed.
